Clearly not. God exists and He is not human.  Angels exist and they are not, as far as we can tell, human. Then there is the whole animal kingdom on earth which are existent beings but not human.

I think you are asking if there are other creations on other planets in which intelligent beings exist apart from God and the angels.  The answer is that we have no idea. The Bible is concerned with God's plan of redemption and salvation for the earth. It contains no information about life which may or may not exist elsewhere in the universe.
