2 Timothy 3:16 NKJV All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
The Bible is a compilation of scriptures written by inspiration of God which explain God’s purpose, why we die, and how we can be saved from eternal death by believing and obeying the gospel of the kingdom of God preached by Jesus Christ and his apostles.
The Bible is a large book and cannot be read at one sitting.
The best way to read it is to read a portion daily using a reading plan.
The reading plan generally used by Christadelphians can be found here:
It consists of three readings per day whereby the Old Testament is read once and the New Testament twice in a year.

I cannot suggest Bible passages to read without knowing your specific problem(s).
An overall understanding of God’s purpose and our place in it is of more value in the long term.
If we believe the gospel and are baptised by immersion in water into Christ for the remission of past sins, we can take comfort in knowing that God is on our side
Luke 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
When we fail, we have an advocate with the Father, and our sins are forgiven by confession in prayer.
1 John 1:7… if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
I hope you find this helpful.
