There is no commandment given in the Bible with respect to a Wedding Ceremony or Service.

Biblical marriage is contracted when a man and a woman come together as ‘one flesh’ i.e. the marriage is consummated.

Biblical marriage is understood to be a union between a man and a woman for life.

Ephesians 5:31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

Jesus Christ and his apostles preached the Gospel of the Kingdom of God which offers a way out of our current situation of sin and certain death.

If we understand and obey the gospel, we are promised eternal life in the Kingdom of God which is to be established when Christ returns.

Where we marry does not affect the promise.
