The complexity of the heavens and the earth and the creatures upon it are proof that God exists.

The Bible claims to be the ‘Word of God’ and contains detailed prophecies, both fulfilled and being fulfilled, which prove that it is what it claims to be.

The Bible explains God’s purpose, which began with creation and will be fulfilled by God filling the earth with his glory in the form of men and women raised to the divine nature in whom, and with whom, God will live forever.

God wants us to choose to be part of his purpose.

Adam and Eve were made with freewill and had one commandment to keep.

They chose to disobey God, bringing sin and death upon themselves and their offspring, along with disease and suffering.

All are born subject to sin and death.

God promised a redeemer to save men and women from sin and eternal death.

The redeemer was Jesus Christ, whose Father was God, born of Mary, a descendent of Abraham and David.

He is the ‘seed’ promised to Abraham and David.

Jesus lived a sinless life and gave it in sacrifice to redeem those who believe God and obey the gospel preached by Jesus and his apostles.

While we live we have the opportunity to read about God’s plan and purpose in the Bible.

The Bible is composed of scriptures written by the inspiration of God.

They are true and reliable and able to make us ‘wise unto salvation’.

We are born subject to death.

If we don’t believe God and obey the gospel we will die and perish forever.

If we believe and obey, the reward will be resurrection to eternal life when the kingdom of God is established on the earth.

Finding fault with God, thinking we are morally superior to our creator, won’t save us.

In taking the time to read the Bible, we have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
