Is there evidence outside the Bible that the Exodus occurred?

I know of no evidence outside the Bible for the Exodus. But absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

There is no evidence outside the Bible that the exodus did not occur exactly as written. The scriptures which make up the Bible claim to be written by the inspiration of God. The internal integrity is remarkable for a collection of writings of some 40 different authors over a period of 1500 years.

The message is consistent.

The scriptures contain prophecies which have been fulfilled in history and are still being fulfilled today.

It is not credible that the advent and ministry of Jesus Christ is fiction. He is the focal point of scripture and the Gospel he preached offers eternl life to those who will believe and obey his teachings.

This offer alone makes it worthwhile for people to read the scriptures carefully before rejecting the message simply because there is no external evidence for one recorded event. Moreso when the event is integral to the emergence of a nation which is still with us today.

Their expulsion from the land and their recent return (1948) is clearly prophesied in scripture along with what is going to happen next. Read Ezekiel 38 & 39 and Zechariah 12-14.

I hope this helps,

God bless,
