Thank you for your Question.

Bible Prophecies are concerned primarily with Israel. Israel was to be God’s witness to all nations.

Isaiah 43:1 ¶ But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

3 For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

4 Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.

5 Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;

6 I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;

7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

8 ¶ Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.

9 Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth.

10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.

12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God.

Prophecies concerning other nations and countries are limited to those which have direct dealings with Israel.

For Example: - Egypt, Assyria, Tyre, Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome etc.

Prophecies are only specific to places known to the ‘Old World’. It follows that no direct references can be expected to the ‘New World’ as it was unknown at the time from 2000 BC to 100 AD when the prophecies were written.

Areas known as the ‘New world’ were not discovered until the 15th century AD.

There are prophecies yet to be fulfilled which speak of land areas settled by the offspring of Noah. One such is found in Ezekiel

Ezekiel 38:1 ¶ And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,

3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:

4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:

5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:

6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.

7 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.

8 After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.

9 Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.

Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya are still identifiable and we have seen Israel brought back out of the nations in 1948 in readiness for the fulfilling of this prophecy.

The identities of Magog, Meshech ,Tubal, Gomer and all his bands; and the house of Togarmah of the north quarters is not so clear unless we know where these descendents of Noah settled.

They are generally thought to comprise Germany, Russia, France, and other European nations.

13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?

‘Sheba and Dedan’ are generally believed to be sited in Saudi Arabia.

‘The merchants of Tarshish’is more problematical, but in context, being a large enough power to challenge Gog’s intentions, is generally thought to be the maritime forces of the English speaking nations. This would comprise UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

This is the only possible reference to North America that I am aware of. There is no prophecy relating to South America.

The prophets could not name places that in their day had no names nor could they describe weapons not yet invented.

I hope this helps.

God bless you,
