By Satan, I take it you mean a fallen angel. First of all there is no record of the presence of a fallen angel in the garden.  The only characters in Genesis 3 are Eve, the serpent, Adam, and God.  Eve was deceived by the serpent not by some malevolent  angel.

2 Corinthians 11:3  But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Paul states emphatically that it was the serpent which deceived Eve by his craftiness - i.e. his God-given intelligence.  It was not the work of some imaginary evil being.

Secondly, angels have never rebelled against God.  Jesus teaches that to be equal to the angels is to be in a situation in which one will never die nor is there a need for procreation.  Since the wages of sin is death, an immortal being, by definition, cannot sin.  Since angels "neither marry nor or given in marriage", there is no sexual aspect to relationships among immortals.

Luke 20:35,36  But those who are counted worthy to attain that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; 36  nor can they die anymore, for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.
