Can you explain Exodus 7:1 & Psalm 82:6?

Exodus 7:1 So the LORD said to Moses: "See, I have made you as God to Pharaoh, and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet.

It means that as God spoke through the prophets, so Moses would be given God’s words to give to Aaron who would in turn speak as a prophet to Pharaoh.

Psalm 82:1-8 God stands in the congregation of the mighty; He judges among the gods. 2 How long will you judge unjustly, And show partiality to the wicked? Selah 3 Defend the poor and fatherless; Do justice to the afflicted and needy. 4 Deliver the poor and needy; Free them from the hand of the wicked. 5 They do not know, nor do they understand; They walk about in darkness; All the foundations of the earth are unstable. 6 I said, "You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High. 7 But you shall die like men, And fall like one of the princes." 8 Arise, O God, judge the earth; For You shall inherit all nations.

In context he is speaking to those in authority who acted as Judges applying the Law of God among the people. They were failing to apply the Law justly. God would judge them for this. John 10:34-36

Those in Israel to whom the word of God came (via the Law) are addressed as ‘gods’ (small ‘g’) because they exercised authority over the people – in the same way as the priests, scribes and Pharisees did in Jesus’ day. God will judge them and they will receive the sentence of eternal death in the same way as ordinary men who fail to obey the commandments of God.

I hope you find this helpful.
